Faulty Vestel S30B Vacuum Restarts Every 10 Seconds



I bought the Vestel S30B cordless vertical vacuum cleaner on August 22, 2023. Since I first used it, it has worked for approximately 10 seconds before stopping and restarting when I hit the button. I sent it to the service center, and they replaced the filter, stating there was a problem. However, a week later, the same issues resurfaced. I haven't enjoyed using it at all; it appears to have a connectivity issue. After two months, it was taken to the service center again, and they suggested a replacement, but it returned with only the filter replaced. There is clearly a fault with this machine. I urge the authorities to arrange for a replacement so that I can utilize the machine. Otherwise, it simply stays idle.
Since the first upright vacuum cleaner I bought was faulty, an S50 b cordless upright vacuum cleaner was sent to me. But it was sent without any assembly. I took it to the authorized service center in Istanbul Şehremini and asked them to assemble it for me. They looked at it and couldn't do it, and said they would send it to the factory for the technical team to assemble and send it back. I got it back from the service center yesterday, supposedly fixed, but when I opened it, it hadn't been assembled at all. I have complaints with customer service and emails, but I'm astonished that no one competent and knowledgeable could understand and fix this. I haven't benefited at all from the machine I bought on August 22, 2023, and I've been constantly frustrated. I work intensively and will not deal with such ridiculous, joke-like issues from the company. I will purchase from another brand of similar quality and request a refund. Enough is enough.
