Vestel Air Conditioner Gas Leak Failure
I use a Vestel inverter air conditioner and have been dealing with a gas leak problem for about 1.5 years. The authorized service has come five times in total — three times within the first 15 days after purchase and twice more afterward. Each time, they performed different operations: first, they replaced the pipe, and the air conditioner worked for a while; during the next two visits, they made temporary fixes and changed the cable positions. Now, another pipe needs to be replaced, and I’m waiting for the part to arrive. The service informed me that it should arrive within a week. The issue occurs especially when switching the air conditioner from cooling to heating mode. My product is still under warranty, and I’m in contact with the Istanbul Arnavutköy Vestel authorized service. Although I haven’t had any financial losses, I have been inconvenienced because the same malfunction keeps recurring and no permanent solution has been provided. I request that the part be supplied as soon as possible and that the issue be resolved permanently.

Thank you for calling and showing interest, but the fact that you have not found a solution to my problem, and that even though the service has come 5 times in 1.5 years for the same malfunction, each service record was opened under a different issue, unfortunately made me think you are not acting in good faith. I could never have expected this from Vestel. Such petty calculations and never satisfied customers—thank you, Vestel.
