Vestel Air Conditioner Freezing Issues



Hello, the air conditioners we bought from Vestel.com are having some freezing issues with the external unit, even when it's just 1 degree outside. It seems like there might be a problem with the vacuum or gas pressure. As a result, the motor may freeze and then defrost itself shortly after. Consequently, the house stays chilly all the time, and it fails to effectively warm up due to the lack of heat provided during this process. Even after numerous conversations with the service and customer support (3-4 times), the problem still hasn't been resolved. We kindly ask for the gas in the device to be safely removed, thoroughly cleaned, and then repressurized and tested. Please relocate the external unit if necessary. We kindly ask for your cooperation. The service technician who came to address the problem mentioned that they had never come across such an issue before. They then escalated the problem to the factory for further assistance. The factory's response was simply, 'Perfectly normal.' Unfortunately, the air conditioner is currently unavailable for use. We kindly request the presence of a different technical team to ensure the proper reinstallation of the device. Otherwise, we will have no choice but to return the product and address our issues through the Consumer Arbitration Board. I have been extremely frustrated with the lack of response from Vestel Soma authorized service and Vestel Factory regarding this issue.
