Vestel Air Conditioner Error Code ER06

I am not satisfied with my Vestel air conditioner at all. Since May, they have not replaced the air conditioner displaying error code ER06. They changed the engine, but the same error occurred again. Despite calling customer relations for days, they have not provided a solution. We are experiencing significant trouble in the heat, and the service team does not come to check the product. We have been trying to reach you for days. Customer relations force us to have repairs done instead of making changes. We are completely dissatisfied.
