My air conditioner product, which I bought on 18.07.2024, was understood that there was a malfunction at the time of assembly on 23.07.2024, and we made a request for change, but we have not reached a result yet, although they claimed that they were customer satisfaction-oriented, they still could not get the images from the technical service, I am requesting a product return because Vestel still did not share the product images to the solution center on the technical service side working for his own company and the process will take a long time. As I understood once again, as it can be understood from the slogans, why Vestel should be.
