My Vestel Refrigerator Failed 12 Times in 8 Years

I’m facing ongoing issues with my Vestel Retro refrigerator, which I purchased in 2016. Over the past eight years, I’ve had to call for service a staggering 12 times. Unfortunately, the refrigerator has stopped cooling again. The last service technician identified a faulty mainboard and replaced it, but the refrigerator continues to break down repeatedly. This persistent problem, coupled with the spoiled food, has made me lose trust in the Vestel brand. With such frequent breakdowns, I’m deeply frustrated. If a solution isn’t provided soon, I’m prepared to discard the refrigerator publicly and share my experience in the media.

It has been 6 days since the fault report. No one has called, inquired, or come. When I called customer service, I learned that an appointment was scheduled for today between 17:00-19:00.

The refrigerator is still broken. There isn't even a response.

It has not been done yet. After I expressed my urgent request for the repair to the representative who called from Vestel customer service regarding my complaint, they noted in the complaint result that the customer does not want the repair. It's shameful.

It hasn't been done yet. The part has been ordered. The part arrived 7 days later. A repair appointment was scheduled for 12 days after my malfunction report. No one called. I found out when I called.

"We continue our story with the slogan "Why should it be with Vestel if it didn't work out." They wrote a response here saying they are interested in the story, etc., but no one called, emailed, came, or went. So, we were left with what we wrote here. Gradually, I will share the problems we experienced with other products as well. Please think not twice but ten times before buying Vestel. It looks like a high-quality product with a polished exterior, but in fact, they sell problematic products of the lowest quality. Vestel is regret. You are literally humiliated with your money. They also do everything to extend the warranty period. Vestel is regret."
