We purchased a Vestel 55 QLED TV through Hepsiburada on 11/11/2023 under order number 661691528 in the name of my wife, B**** S***. Somehow, this product was taken out of the warehouse on 13/11/2023 but arrived with damaged packaging and under a different name when it was delivered by the authorized service. Unfortunately, the TV could not be operational.
As a result, we submitted a request for an exchange. The TV is still with us, but a new TV with tracking number 0222067239 was sent to Adana through the company GPS Line. According to the information, this delivery was supposed to arrive in Adana on 20/11/2023 but, due to various circumstances (a broken truck, a full warehouse, the authorized service did not pick up the product, etc.), it has neither been picked up nor delivered, causing significant inconvenience.
For this reason, I would like to file a complaint about the misconduct of the responsible individuals at the main Vestel office, the relevant individuals at the GPS Line courier company, and the responsible individuals at the 5S Vestel Adana authorized service. If the issue is not resolved today, I would like to request a refund for the product.
