I purchased a Daewoo 55de55ua11 TV from Hepsiburada on March 6, 2024. It was delivered on March 12. The authorized service provider scheduled an appointment for March 15. When the service technician arrived, they opened the box without taking photos of the unopened packaging. They tore the box and the barcode label while opening it.

After taking the TV out, they placed it on top of the box and started to assemble it. When I told them that I saw a defect on the panel, they turned the TV and saw that the panel was broken. They told me that I needed to contact the place where I bought the TV and that this was the procedure. They wrapped the TV again, created a service form, and asked me to sign it without letting me read it.

When I checked the service form later, I saw that it said "Packaging Damaged: Yes, Product Damaged: Yes". It also said that the TV was installed, even though it was not, and that all the information about the product was provided and the documents were delivered. I called the service technician who did the installation and he told me to complain to whoever I wanted. I then called customer service and they told me that they would take all the necessary actions and that the service form would be corrected. As of now, I have not received any response from Vestel, the service form has not been corrected, and no other action has been taken.

I am requesting that Vestel take the necessary actions regarding the illegal procedures and the inconvenience caused by the false statements on the document. I am also informing them that if I do not receive any response, I will proceed with legal action.
