Vestel 49UD8200 TV Screen Broken - Replacement Offer Unfair

The screen of my Vestel 49UD8200 model television broke on November 11, 2025. The product was not under warranty. I immediately contacted the authorized Vestel service center and was informed that the screen is no longer being produced. The service representative said I could benefit from a discounted offer on new televisions, but I was offered only ₺12,000 for a ₺15,000 model, which I found very inadequate and almost insulting. I purchased the product through Trendyol, and my name is Yusuf G***. No alternative solution was provided, and when I contacted customer service again, I was given the same response. I expect Vestel to revise the discounted television offer to a more reasonable level that ensures customer satisfaction. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved.
