Vestel TV Panel Not Returned - Customer Service Used Offensive Language
On October 26, 2025, I applied for a panel replacement for my TV at the authorized Vestel service center and paid ₺5,000. However, despite the time that has passed, neither has my TV been delivered nor has my payment been refunded. I have called customer service multiple times regarding the issue but was met with misinformation and complete indifference. In one instance, a customer service representative even said to me, “You’ll have to pick it up from the service like a donkey,” which was extremely rude and insulting. I have been mistreated by both Vestel’s service center and customer support. After all these negative experiences, I no longer expect any solution or apology from Vestel. This was my first and last experience with the brand; my trust in Vestel is completely gone.
