Varta 20000mAh Powerbank Stopped Working and No Support Available

In May 2024, I purchased a 20000mAh Varta power bank. Last month, the indicator lights on the device stopped functioning properly—only one light remains on. Despite charging it for several days to ensure it is fully charged, the power bank no longer charges my phone at all.

The product is supposed to have a 1-year warranty, but I have been unable to reach the company for assistance. No one is addressing the issue, and I feel completely abandoned as a customer. I hope Varta can resolve this problem soon, as it’s frustrating to own a product that fails to deliver on its promises and receive no support.
