I purchased a Baseus Magsafe Powerbank on February 26, 2024, and despite barely using it, the device is already malfunctioning before the one-year mark. I bought this product trusting the Baseus brand, but it's disappointing that it has deteriorated so quickly. I need assistance in resolving this issue and guidance on what steps to take next.
