I Can’t Tell If My Baseus Powerbank Is Charging or How Long It Takes to Fully Charge
I recently purchased a Baseus brand powerbank, but I’m having a really hard time figuring out how to charge it properly—or even if it’s charging at all. The device doesn’t clearly indicate whether it’s actually being charged. There’s no detailed instruction, no clear light signal, and absolutely no support team to contact for help.
I bought the product from Vatan, thinking it would be reliable, but there’s no one available to guide me. The powerbank has been plugged in and charging for over 4 hours, yet it still only shows 2 indicator lights on. I have no idea how long a full charge is supposed to take or what each light even means. This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating.
Baseus, this is unacceptable. I expect clear instructions and customer support when I buy a product like this. I shouldn’t be left guessing whether my device is working or not. Please provide accurate charging information, improve your user guidance, and make it easier for customers to reach out for help.
