TCL Service Did Not Install My New Air Conditioner for Over a Week

11I purchased a TCL air conditioner last week and contacted customer service to schedule the installation. During the call, I specifically mentioned that we had a previous air conditioner which broke down, so we bought a new one. Our home gets full sunlight and is hotter inside than outside, making it unbearable—so I requested an urgent installation. Although I was given a positive response over the phone, a week has passed and no one has shown up. We’re now at the point of nearly fainting from the heat and can’t even sleep at night. If the installation isn’t completed by tomorrow, I will return the product and buy a second-hand unit instead. This level of neglect is simply unacceptable.
