Track718 Delivery Status Shows Delivered Despite No Actual Delivery
I tracked my shipment AX1000872385CD for a pair of boots ordered through Track718 for approximately 27.5 days. When I checked the system today, I saw that the package was marked as delivered, but no delivery was made to me, and the product never reached me.
As soon as I noticed this, I contacted Track718 by email to request information and a solution, but I have not received any response so far. Because the product was not delivered, I cannot start a return process or request a refund for the amount I paid.
I request that it be investigated where and to whom my shipment was actually delivered, and that either my product be delivered to me or the full purchase amount be refunded.
