USPS International Package Delayed After Customs Payment

My package from the United States with tracking number CJ301493764US was shipped through USPS. After making several calls, I was informed that the package was held at customs and required a customs fee. I paid the required fee, but my package has been waiting at PTT since March 25, 2024.

I have tried calling the responsible personnel for the shipment, but I cannot get any clear information. I was told to contact WhatsApp support, but although they read my messages, they never respond.

When I call the customer service number from my own phone, they do not answer. However, when I call from a different phone number, someone answers the call. This situation is very confusing, and I simply want my package to be delivered after paying the required customs fee.
