USPS Tracking UM909561563US Stuck on “International Dispatch Ready”

My package coming from the United States has been showing in the RR International Logistics system since April 3. On April 3, 2024 at 2:53 PM, the last update appeared as: “Your package is in transit with the courier. International Dispatch Ready. ISC New York NY (USPS).”

However, there has been no progress or update since that time. The tracking number is UM909561563US.

I would like to know if there is a problem with the shipment, how this issue can be resolved, and who I should contact for assistance. Could you please help me?
