U.S. Polo Assn Discount Campaign Not Applied at Checkout

On 14 May 2026, I purchased a t-shirt from the U.S. Polo Assn store in Marmara Forum AVM. There was a 30+20 discount campaign on the product, but this discount was not applied to my purchase at the checkout. When I asked the cashier about it, I was told that “the system automatically applies the discount as it wishes,” and therefore the 30+20 discount would not be reflected in my payment. I find it unacceptable that the advertised campaign is not applied and that the responsibility is attributed to the system instead of resolving the situation. Since the discount was not honored as stated, I no longer want this product under these conditions and I request a refund for the t-shirt.

There is no one calling, no one asking. I didn't understand anything explained.

Instead of solving the Us Polo issue, I was officially mocked. I will never shop again.
