On August 5, 2025, during my shopping at the US Polo store in Antalya Özdilek Park Mall, I specifically stated at the time of payment that I wanted to use my Polo Bonus points. However, when I later checked my statement, I realized that instead of using my 500 Polo Bonus points, 530 regular Bonus points were used. I discussed the issue with both the store staff and customer service, but they said they could not help. I am only requesting that this error regarding the use of points be corrected and that my wrongly used points be refunded.
