On October 29, 2024, I purchased a pair of U.S. Polo ASSN sneakers from the store for 2,199 ₺. Within just 2.5 to 3 months, the shoes started showing serious defects, including color fading and tears along the edges.
If I had known that sneakers from such a well-known brand would become useless in such a short time, I would never have purchased them. I work hard to earn my money and expect better quality for this price.
I am requesting a replacement pair from the brand. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or take further legal action if necessary. Please address this complaint urgently!
