Nike Refused to Replace My Shoes That Tore Within the 6 Month Warranty

I bought a pair of Nike shoes for ₺3000, and the brand is refusing to offer a replacement. They claimed the shoes had a 6-month warranty, but before the 6 months were even up, the back and inner parts tore. When selling the product, they proudly say it comes with a 6-month warranty—so what’s the point of that warranty if it doesn’t cover tears? This is supposed to be a world-renowned brand. I want the necessary action to be taken. I bought the shoes from Flo, sent them in for inspection, but they’re refusing to exchange them. They’re sending the torn shoes back without any shame.
