Urban Care Hair Mousse Burst Inside My Purse and Ruined My Belongings

Earlier, I submitted a complaint about my previous Shake N Repair bottles bursting, noting that I hadn’t experienced this issue with other Urban Care products. However, about a month ago, I purchased the Urban Care Twisted Curls Hair Mousse from a Gratis store, and it also burst open inside my bag the very first time I carried it.

There was no impact or visible damage to the packaging beforehand, yet the mousse leaked all over my bag, damaging my purse, wallet, and other cosmetic products. I didn’t notice any packaging issue when I bought it, but this incident has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.

I no longer have the receipt or invoice, but I am requesting a refund for the defective product. Because of this brand’s mousse products, I’ve lost about $68 worth of personal items, and now I also have to pay for dry cleaning and replacements. I had previously asked for a product replacement, but at this point, I’m tired of dealing with the same issue repeatedly. I’m asking that my financial losses be compensated, as this is no longer a one-time problem.
