Suspicious Urban Care Biotin Hair Toner Sold as Original

I have already used 3 bottles of Urban Care Biotin Hair Tonic and was very satisfied. That's why I bought the 4th bottle at the Gratis store in Erasta, Fethiye. However, unless the product formulation has changed, it is very, very different from the other 3 bottles I used. As a regular user, I am very familiar with the product. The scent of the other 3 bottles remained the same, but the one I bought at the Gratis store smells different, more like soap. Most importantly, the other 3 bottles had a menthol-like effect on my scalp, providing a refreshing sensation. The bottle I bought at the Gratis store lacks this menthol effect and doesn't refresh my scalp; it feels like spraying water on my hair and smells really bad, like poor-quality soap.
If the product formulation hasn't changed, it is so different in scent, effect, and consistency from the others I've used that it cannot be authentic. Even if the product is shown on the website through the QR code, I doubt the authenticity of the content inside the bottle, despite the original packaging. Therefore, I would like the product to be verified. I was very satisfied with the product; my baby hairs had grown significantly, so I would like to purchase it again. I read reviews on sites like Trendyol and Hepsiburada and see many fake reviews for this product. Are these products really fake, or has the product formulation changed? If the product formulation has changed, please inform us. And please verify my product. I trust your brand and believe you will do the right thing. Please don't shake our confidence in you.
