My WhatsApp account on my iPhone 11 Pro Max was suddenly suspended today just a few minutes after I added our cooperative members to a newly created group. I received a notification in the app stating that my account had been banned, but I don’t fully remember the exact wording of the message.
WhatsApp instructed me to submit feedback if I believed my account had been suspended by mistake, so I did that and informed the support team that this was an error. I do not believe I violated any rules — all I did was add cooperative members into a single group.
For this reason, I request that my WhatsApp account be reviewed and reopened as soon as possible, as I firmly believe the suspension was accidental.
