WhatsApp Mute Not Working on Samsung Galaxy A23
On my Samsung Galaxy A23, the “mute contact” feature on WhatsApp is not working properly. Even though I mute certain contacts, I continue to receive notifications from them. I can only successfully mute groups, so I am experiencing this issue specifically with individual contacts.
This problem has been ongoing since around November 10. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing changed — I am still receiving notifications from contacts I have muted.
I request that the software on my device be checked to determine the cause of this issue and that the problem be resolved as soon as possible.
