I Can’t Access My Uption Account After SIM Change and No One Responds to Emails
I’ve been locked out of my Uption account ever since I changed my mobile operator. Because of the SIM change, I can’t log in, and my funds are stuck in the account. I’ve been trying to contact Uption for three days now—calling their customer service line leads nowhere, and I’ve sent multiple emails with no response at all.
I even filled out the required recovery form and submitted it via email as instructed, but no one has followed up. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable, especially when financial access is at stake.
Uption, I demand immediate assistance. I need access to my account restored and my funds made available without further delay. You cannot ignore users who are locked out due to issues caused by your verification system. This must be resolved now.
