For exactly 2 weeks, the UPS courier company has been unable to process my package that arrived from abroad with a value of fewer than 150 euros and a weight of less than 30 kg. Every day that the warehouse is closed, the fee increases. I've called dozens of times and received responses saying we're interested and it's been forwarded, but they won't let me contact someone from the relevant department, and the e-mails they send have no names. They've taken cover. I've never worked with a courier company that was so disinterested and uninformed. During this time, I imported a name and received a few shipments from other courier companies. The post could not even enter the process at this point.
