UPS Fails to Pick Up My Return – Delays and No Updates

I am having serious issues with UPS regarding the return process for my order. On March 6, 2025, they supposedly came to pick up my package but claimed that it was not ready, even though no one actually arrived. They then left a note saying they would return on March 10, 2025, but once again, no one showed up.
The first time I processed a return with UPS, they only took the package after I insisted on it. That return was handled when a new product was delivered, and the courier took the old one back. However, today (March 13, 2025), I checked the system, and there is still no record of my return. My return deadline is only a week away, and this delay is putting me at risk of losing my refund.
This is happening in Konya city center, where UPS only has two branches, both located outside the city in industrial areas. Why isn’t there at least one central location for convenience?
