UPS Claimed They Tried to Deliver Twice but No One Came or Called
UPS sent me two false notifications in one day, claiming they “couldn’t reach me at my address” and “couldn’t reach me by phone.” That’s completely untrue. I was home all day, my phone was on, and my doorbell never rang. No one came. No one called.
I even tried to contact the courier, but they didn’t respond. It feels like they just don’t want to make the effort to come to my address and expect me to go find them instead. Every time I check the tracking status, it says, “We’ll deliver to your address today,” yet no one shows up.
This isn’t delivery service—it’s disrespect. UPS, I expect honesty and accountability, not lazy excuses. Either deliver my package properly or refund me in full. I’m tired of being lied to.
