Unprofessional Behavior from the UPS Courier
After filing a complaint with customer service about the courier's error, I was contacted by the nearby location. They did not apologize or make any attempt to make amends for their error; instead, they responded to my complaint in an impolite manner, raised their voices, and chastised me for making the complaint. Is this how you demonstrate your concern for and interest in your customers? How can I trust you with my packages or ask your service to deliver something to me after what you've done? Not only will I never recommend you to anyone else, but I'm also baffled as to how the Karaman branch could treat you so poorly. Where do your employees get the audacity to address a customer so loudly and impolitely?
