UPS Courier Didn't Deliver My Package Despite Me Being Home

Today, even though I was at home, the UPS courier called me once, but I missed the call. Instead of making the effort to actually come to my address, they decided not to deliver my package at all. When I tried calling the number back, no one answered.
I then contacted UPS customer service, but all they did was claim that the courier had left "visual proof" of their attempted delivery. However, they never actually showed up! When I filed a complaint, I wasn’t even given a complaint number or any real resolution.
I called twice, and the same agent, M*******, answered both times. Does UPS have only one customer service representative? This level of service is unacceptable. UPS, I demand my package be delivered properly and without these unnecessary excuses!
