UPS Didn’t Deliver My Package Due to a False “Incomplete Address” and Didn’t Even Call Me
UPS failed to deliver my package on Friday, claiming the address was incomplete. But my address was entered fully and correctly. What’s even more frustrating is that I was never contacted—no phone call, no message, nothing. Every other courier company calls when there’s a delivery issue, so I expected the same from UPS. Instead, they simply marked it as undeliverable and moved on.
Now, they say the package will be delivered on Monday. Why not the next day—Saturday—like other couriers who also operate on weekends? I was counting on receiving this delivery on Friday, as confirmed by the SMS notification I received. Unfortunately, I’ll be out of town on Monday, and the clothes I ordered were meant for that trip.
