On October 16, 2025, at 14:20, I placed order number 739900967 from the Popeyes. Even after two hours, my order was not delivered. Without any notification, my order was canceled on their own initiative. I was left in a difficult situation because the order I paid for was canceled without informing me. I request an immediate refund and that necessary measures be taken to prevent such issues from happening again.
