Unauthorized Access and Massive Charges on My Twitch Account

My Twitch TV username is Zen, and I recently had unauthorized access to my account. On September 11, 2023, a large transaction of 6,997.56 TL was made using my registered credit card, which ends with 8550, to purchase 25,000 bits, which were then donated to streamers. I am deeply concerned about this unauthorized credit card expenditure and urgently request a refund for this amount. Furthermore, I strongly urge Twitch TV to immediately investigate the accounts to which these donations were made. It is critical to determine how this unauthorized access occurred and to take preventative measures in the future. My faith in the platform's security has been shaken, and I am hoping for a quick resolution to this problem.
