Worst Transaction: Twitch Account Hacked!

Someone has hacked into my Twitch.tv account with the username Limonlulimon without my permission. On November 18, 2023, someone used my credit card ending in 0040 to make a huge 700 TL charge for a strange purchase called "1,050 bits." I want my money back right away for this transaction that I didn't authorize. I didn't give anyone my password or card details. I am completely surprised. How can someone make charges without my information? I need a refund right away.
