Twitch Charged Me ₺2,200 Without My Consent

On March 12, 2025, three separate charges totaling over ₺2,200 were withdrawn from my Twitch account without my knowledge or permission. I did not authorize these payments under any circumstance. I’m extremely concerned about how such large transactions could happen so easily without any security alerts or verification.

It’s clear my account was compromised, and I’m shocked at how poorly protected it was. Twitch, this raises serious concerns about your platform’s security. I expect an immediate investigation into these unauthorized charges and a full refund of every lira that was taken from me.

I’ve been a loyal user, but this incident has completely shaken my trust. Please take this seriously and resolve the issue promptly. I want my money back.
