Someone purchased 10,000 Bits worth ₺4,400 through my Twitch account using my saved credit card, all without my knowledge or approval. I was never notified that someone had accessed my account or made this transaction, and I find it unacceptable that such a large payment could be made without my explicit consent or authorization.
There was no login alert, no 3D Secure verification, and no prompt for confirmation—just a silent charge that I discovered later. This is not only a breach of trust but also a serious security concern.
I am requesting an immediate refund for this unauthorized purchase. I’ve already contacted Twitch and reported the issue, but I am yet to receive any proper resolution.
Twitch, your platform must protect users and their financial data. This transaction was made without my permission, and I expect you to take swift action. Return the funds to my account without delay.
