Twitch Wrongly Charged My Card for Bit Purchases — I Demand a Refund

On September 15, 2025, four unauthorized payment transactions were made from my Twitch account, totaling ₺3,243. The purchases were for Bits, in the following amounts: ₺966, ₺966, ₺966, and ₺345. All transactions were made using my credit card, and the corresponding transaction IDs are 667562758, 667562896, 667562848, and 667562803. The records show that the purchases were processed from the United States (US), but I had no knowledge of or involvement in these payments. I also did not notice any suspicious login activity on my account.

I have already contacted Twitch Support and am awaiting a response, but I am extremely concerned about the security breach and unauthorized charges. I request that all four transactions be canceled, the total amount refunded, and my account security reviewed and restored immediately.

This issue has caused serious inconvenience, and I expect Twitch to take immediate action to protect users from unauthorized charges and strengthen account security controls.
