Hello, I booked a Turkish Airlines (THY) ticket through Turna.com for my business trip to Baku. My itinerary was Izmir to Istanbul on 21.02.2025 and returning on 24.02.2025. However, my Istanbul-Baku flight was canceled due to weather conditions, making my Istanbul trip unnecessary.
When I requested a refund on Turna.com, I was shocked to learn that out of the 4,193.92 TL I paid, I would only receive 852.33 TL back! I then contacted customer service, and they told me I could convert the ticket to an open status, but despite promising to follow up, they never responded.
I have a legal right to cancel, yet Turna.com is denying a fair refund, even though my flight is still two days away, and my return is five days away! If I had booked directly with THY, my cancellation would have already been processed.
Does THY even know about this poor service from their agent? I demand an immediate resolution and my rightful refund! Has anyone else faced this issue? Turna.com, fix this now!
