Flight Cancellation with No Refunds Through Turna.com

I recently bought a ticket on Turna.com for a flight from Denizli to Istanbul to Adana for myself and a friend. The ticket had a PNR code of TSPJR4 and cost a total of 1606 TL. My travel plans fell through at the last minute, so I tried to cancel my ticket and get my money back. But when I called customer service at both THY and Turna.com, I got answers that weren't very helpful. Even though I tried more than once to explain my situation and ask for a refund, change, or suspension, nothing was done. As a consumer, I am terribly disappointed with the lack of customer service and understanding from both companies. I'm upset that I couldn't get any help and now have to pay back a lot of money. If my issue is not addressed and resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to take legal action to get my money back. It's not fair that I have to suffer the consequences of circumstances beyond my control and be denied the basic customer service that I deserve.
