Turna.com Refund Offer Drops from ₺16,000 to ₺500 After Ticket Cancellation

On October 22, 2024, around 9:25 PM, I purchased a ticket from Turna.com for my trip to China, costing ₺24,000. Later that day, I had to cancel my plans and requested a refund. Initially, Turna.com offered me a refund of ₺16,000, which I accepted. However, they then claimed there was a technical issue and instructed me to request another refund offer. To my shock, the second offer was only ₺500 for the same ₺24,000 ticket.

When I questioned how the refund amount could drop so drastically, they replied that the airline's policy had supposedly changed, and I was told that I had to accept the ₺500 offer or lose the refund option entirely. Although the email indicated the refund offer would be available for a limited time, they didn’t provide a specific expiration date. I accepted the initial offer at 10:00 AM the following morning, well within what I believed was an acceptable timeframe, yet they claimed it had expired.

This inconsistency and lack of transparency are unacceptable. I will never purchase another ticket from Turna.com. I expect a fair and reasonable solution, not constantly shifting terms and threats of forfeiture.
