On November 9, 2024, I purchased a flight ticket from Turna.com for ₺34,448. Unfortunately, due to a visa issue, I was unable to use the ticket, which was completely beyond my control. I immediately initiated the cancellation and refund process, expecting a reasonable refund based on their policy.
However, when I contacted customer service, I was shocked to learn that only ₺8,000 would be refunded—less than a quarter of what I originally paid! While I understand that cancellation fees apply, such an extreme deduction is completely unfair and unacceptable.
