I booked a flight ticket through Turna.com but had to cancel it six days before departure. Despite canceling well in advance, I was shocked to learn that out of 3326₺, only 149₺ would be refunded—an amount they claim as taxes, which doesn’t even match the actual tax breakdown.
When I requested a flight change instead of cancellation, they insisted on charging me the full price of a new ticket with no discount or flexibility. How does this make sense? A reputable travel platform should offer reasonable refund policies, especially when canceling days ahead.
Turna.com’s refund and change policies are deceptive, and I strongly advise against booking with them. I will never use their service again!
