I purchased four SunExpress tickets via Turna.com, each costing approximately ₺1350. When I tried to cancel them six days before the flight, I was informed that I would only receive a refund of ₺161 per ticket. This is unacceptable. In the past, I’ve canceled tickets just 8 hours before the flight and received around 60% of the ticket price as a refund.
The refund policy and change criteria are incredibly unreasonable. I will no longer use Turna.com for future purchases, as their policies make transactions risky and frustrating. I urge Turna.com and SunExpress to reevaluate these refund terms. Customers deserve fair treatment and clarity in cancellation and refund policies.
