I purchased a ticket through Skyscanner via Trip.com, expecting a simple and secure transaction. However, when I checked my card statement, I saw that two separate charges were made instead of one.

I bought my ticket for ₺4000, yet I was charged nearly ₺11,000 in total! This is completely unacceptable and fraudulent. I demand an immediate refund for the extra charge.

Skyscanner, why are you allowing unreliable platforms like Trip.com to process payments this way? This experience has made me lose trust in your service. I need urgent support to fix this issue. Refund my money now!
