I recently booked a flight ticket through Skyscanner, which redirected me to Trip.com. After entering my details and completing the purchase, I noticed a discrepancy in the charged amount. The ticket price was listed as 1,394.70₺, but my card was charged 1,492.50₺—nearly 100₺ more than the displayed amount.
I made no additional selections or upgrades during the process, and the final page clearly showed 1,394.70₺ as the total cost. To make matters worse, this overcharge was processed without any 3D security verification. Even the invoice reflects the original amount of 1,394.70₺.
I demand an immediate explanation and refund for the overcharged amount. This lack of transparency and unauthorized charge is unacceptable.
