I Experienced a Bus Delay and Enuygun.com Offered No Help

On September 11, 2025, I bought a ticket for Başar Turizm’s Izmir-Manavgat trip through the Enuygun app, paying ₺600 for ticket number LP001XPGY. The bus was scheduled to depart at 11:59 PM but instead left at 12:41 AM without any prior notice. This delay forced me to wait for hours at the terminal, adding greatly to my inconvenience. Moreover, your company’s staff were extremely indifferent and rude, offering no help or explanation about the issue. I have not yet contacted customer service. I expect compensation for this inconvenience and a clear explanation from your company regarding this matter.
