Missed Bus and Denied Refund
On August 7, 2025, at 11:55 PM, I purchased a bus ticket via enuygun.com from the company Ali Osman Ulusoy for a trip from Ankara AŞTİ Terminal to Milas, with PNR code VV000BTXK. Although I arrived at the terminal 45 minutes before departure, the bus left without me because there was no platform number indicated on the ticket, and it departed while I was searching for the correct gate. I was not contacted or informed by the company in any way, leaving me stranded. After the incident, I contacted enuygun.com customer service, but they dismissed the issue, stating, "It’s not our responsibility." When I went to the Ali Osman Ulusoy ticket office, I again received no assistance and was met with a dismissive attitude, being told, “Complain wherever you want.” This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I paid for the ticket by credit card. I was victimized due to the negligence of both Ali Osman Ulusoy and enuygun.com, and I am requesting a refund of the ₺900 ticket fee.
