Unprofessional Attitude of Turkish Airlines Flight Attendants
Hello, I recently took my first flight with my 1.5 kg Maltipoo dog, who is 2 years old and never barks. Since he was very scared in his carrier, I decided to open it once to calm him down, and it was neither during takeoff nor landing. He did not bark or make any noise throughout the flight, he was just trembling out of fear. We are a family of three, and all three seats were ours, so there was no one around us to disturb. Despite this, a flight attendant came and threatened that if we did not follow the rules, we would be blacklisted and would not be able to fly again. This was very upsetting. I found this attitude very unprofessional for a company like THY; the warning could have been given more appropriately. The pet policies are also very outdated and wrong. They are practically torturing a living being. Even if I am not on their blacklist, they are on mine. I will never subject my puppy to this torture again, nor will I fly with them.
