THY Gave Me All the Wrong Info About Pet Travel
I made a reservation with THY customer service center with the information that I would be flying with my brother's pet (dog). I provided this information to them three times, and I was told that I could fly with the authorization my brother would give me. This was confirmed by different customer representatives. However, five days before my flight, when I called to ask what should be written in the authorization, I was told that such a flight was not possible.
I bought the plane ticket and made a hotel reservation. And by chance, when I called, I encountered this surprise. I spoke with six different people, three of whom gave me incorrect information, and I made financial and emotional preparations based on this information. I expect a response and compensation from the company regarding this matter. I believe there should be a consequence for providing incorrect information and for me acting based on this information after consulting with their officials.
